Disclosure: ChaChaCha is a POS vendor, powered by AppsPOS, and publishes this page. Neither brand compared here is ours. We only used information published on each vendor’s own website as of September 2026.
- TabSquare is an ordering and guest-experience specialist: AI-led QR ordering, payment at the table and marketing, sitting alongside or connected to a POS.
- Eats365 is a modular restaurant POS with its own ordering modules, including Scan-to-Order and a Self-Service Kiosk, and it publishes its prices.
- Best for: TabSquare suits multi-outlet brands that want ordering and upselling on top of their existing POS. Eats365 suits restaurants that want the POS and ordering from one vendor with published module prices.
- TabSquare’s pricing page names plans by outlet count but shows no amounts.
Last reviewed: September 2026
TabSquare and Eats365 both help Singapore diners order from a phone or a kiosk, so they often turn up on the same shortlist. But they solve different problems. TabSquare focuses on the ordering and guest journey and connects to POS systems. Eats365 is the POS itself, with ordering as add-on modules. This guide compares them from their own websites and ends with “best for” verdicts. For kiosks specifically, see our best self-order kiosk guide.
How we compared
- Vendor websites only, checked in September 2026 and linked where used.
- “Not stated on their website” means we could not find it on the pages we reviewed, not that it does not exist.
- No winner. The verdicts depend on whether you already have a POS you want to keep.

What TabSquare offers
TabSquare’s home page says it is trusted by more than 7,000 restaurants and describes a guest journey built around AI recommendations: a menu called Vibe that appears when the diner scans at the table, suggestions intended to lift the bill, SmartPay for paying at the table, and follow-up marketing. Its About page lists 10 countries, with Singapore first, and says TabSquare is part of the Delivery Hero family.
The pricing page groups plans by outlet count, with no prices shown:
- Starting Out (1 to 3 outlets): runs without POS integration, standard QR ordering, integrated payments and basic daily reports.
- Growing Hot (4 to 10): adds sending orders to the POS, AI-driven upselling, delivery partner integration and outlet-level insights.
- Scaling Up (11 to 30): adds menu sync from the POS, next-generation QR ordering and brand-level menus.
- Industry Leader (30+): adds custom POS and CRM integrations, a 99.9% uptime commitment and a dedicated account manager.
The solutions page quotes a customer describing its SmartKiosks, but kiosk hardware and pricing are not stated on the pages we reviewed. Its MunchMate marketing platform lists Singapore, Malaysia and Australia and currently shows a waitlist. Vibe is marked “by invite only”.
What Eats365 offers
Eats365’s Singapore site describes a restaurant POS where you “only pay for what you need”: a core module plus the expansion modules you choose. It has a Singapore entity, Eats365 Private Limited, with local sales and support lines, and offers a 14-day free trial.
The pricing page shows these prices on annual plans (monthly plans cost more):
- POS Basic: SG$39 a month (SG$49 on a monthly plan) for one licence and one user.
- POS Advanced: SG$89 a month (SG$109 monthly) for multiple outlets, unlimited users, 20+ reports and up to 13 expansion modules.
- Scan-to-Order: SG$119 a month per outlet (SG$139 monthly), with pay-first, pay-later and all-you-can-eat modes.
- Self-Service Kiosk: SG$119 a month on iOS or SG$189 on Android (SG$139 or SG$229 monthly), with 15+ payment technologies.
- SG$39 modules (SG$49 monthly): kitchen display, expedite display, mPOS, customer-facing display, PhotoMenu, queue kiosk, queue display, pickup display, digital menu boards and a branded online store.
Gift cards, reservations and loyalty (tiers, points and store credits) are listed as premium features, priced on request. Enterprise plans are quoted.
Ordering and kiosks: the core comparison
QR ordering
TabSquare’s pitch is that ordering is a sales tool: AI recommendations, dish videos and upselling are central to its pages. Eats365’s Scan-to-Order is a functional module inside the POS, with a published price and flexible payment modes, including all-you-can-eat. If upselling is your main goal and you are a multi-outlet brand, TabSquare puts more weight on it. If you want QR ordering that is simply part of your POS, Eats365 is the more direct route. Our QR ordering guide covers the set-up choices.
Kiosks
Eats365 publishes its kiosk module price and runs on iOS or Android. TabSquare’s kiosk offer is referenced by a customer but not detailed on the pages we reviewed, so ask for a written specification and quote.
POS and kitchen
This is the clearest dividing line. Eats365 gives you the till, kitchen display and back office. TabSquare connects to a POS on higher plans, so you would still choose and pay for one separately unless you run on its Starting Out plan without integration.
Working out the full cost
Because the two price differently, compare them on a whole-outlet basis rather than headline figures. For Eats365, list every module you would switch on (core POS, kitchen display, Scan-to-Order, kiosk, queue and any premium features such as reservations or loyalty) and add them up per outlet, on annual or monthly billing. For TabSquare, ask for a quote on the plan that matches your outlet count, and add the cost of the POS you will keep or buy, plus any integration fees. In both cases, add payment processing rates and hardware. A spreadsheet with one row per outlet and one column per item usually makes the answer obvious. Our TabSquare pricing and Eats365 pricing guides go into more detail.

Questions to ask before you choose
- With TabSquare, which POS systems do you integrate with in Singapore, and at which plan?
- With Eats365, what will my full stack cost with every module I need, per outlet?
- What payment methods do diners see at the table and at the kiosk, and what are the rates?
- Who fixes a problem when the ordering layer and the POS disagree?
- What is the contract length and notice period?
The bottom line
TabSquare and Eats365 overlap on QR ordering and kiosks but sit at different layers. TabSquare is an ordering and guest-marketing specialist aimed at growing brands, with prices on request. Our round-up of TabSquare reviews lists questions to ask before you sign. Eats365 is a full restaurant POS with ordering modules and published prices. If you already have a POS you like, TabSquare is the more natural add-on; if you are choosing a POS now, Eats365 covers more of the stack from one vendor.
