What we collect

When you request a demo we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, business type, number of outlets and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, name and the messages you send. Our website also collects analytics data such as pages visited, device and approximate location through Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), which uses cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, prepare a quotation and follow up about ChaChaCha. Analytics data helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

To provide ChaChaCha we share enquiry details with our technology partner AppsPOS Pte. Ltd., which supplies the software and hardware. We also use service providers for website hosting, email delivery and analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

Keeping your data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent to being contacted, at any time. Contact us through our contact page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
