Disclosure: ChaChaCha publishes this page and is a POS vendor, powered by AppsPOS, so we compete with Sapaad. Sapaad facts come only from Sapaad’s own website as of September 2026. ChaChaCha facts come from our published feature list.
- Sapaad is a cloud restaurant platform used in several regions, with a Singapore office. It is strongest on delivery: its own ordering site, delivery-app connections, a delivery manager and a rider app.
- ChaChaCha is a Singapore F&B POS with KDS prioritisation and prep timers, Epson cloud printing, a queue system with SMS, bilingual kitchen tickets, NETS certification, GrabFood integration and Lalamove for your own deliveries.
- Both are quote-based. Sapaad says delivery-platform coverage varies by country and plan, so confirm what is connected in Singapore.
- This page compares features, not prices.

Sapaad and ChaChaCha both sell cloud-connected POS systems to restaurants in Singapore. Sapaad serves restaurants in several regions and has built a deep set of delivery and multi-brand tools, which makes it a natural shortlist choice for cloud kitchens and delivery-heavy operators. ChaChaCha is a Singapore brand focused on dine-in and counter service, the kitchen and local payments. This page compares the two on delivery, the kitchen and multi-outlet control, and says plainly where Sapaad is the better fit. For a wider list, see our Sapaad alternatives guide and our best F&B POS system guide.
How we compared (and why not on price)
We used Sapaad’s own Singapore pages only, linked throughout, and no review-site ratings or quotes. For those, see Sapaad reviews in Singapore. “Not stated on their website” means we could not find it on the pages we reviewed. We compare features, not prices. Sapaad’s pricing page asks you to request a custom quote, and its home page says plans are monthly, yearly or multi-year with a 14-day free trial. ChaChaCha is quote-based too. Ask both for a written quote for your outlets. Our POS system cost guide explains how to compare quotes like for like.
Sapaad at a glance
Sapaad’s Singapore site describes a cloud platform that unifies POS, payments, delivery and AI insights, trusted by more than 15,000 restaurants worldwide. Its contact page lists a Singapore office on Cecil Street with local sales and support numbers, plus offices in the UAE, India and the United States. From its pages:
- POS and devices: runs in a web browser and on Android and iOS, with no proprietary hardware required. Table layouts, menus and multilingual invoices can be customised.
- Offline: the offline mode page says the POS switches automatically, keeps taking walk-in orders and cash, and syncs when reconnected.
- Kitchen: the KDS page lists prep, expedite and overview screens, station routing, item-level bumping, colour-coded timers and prep-time tracking. A cloud print agent routes tickets to printers.
- Delivery: Sapaad.Online is a commission-free branded ordering website; Sapaad Connect brings third-party delivery orders into the POS; the Home Delivery Manager, included in the base subscription, tracks each order with SMS updates; and Sapaad Dash is a rider app for in-house fleets.
- Multi-outlet and inventory: central reporting, menu replication, recipe costing, purchase orders, stock takes and transfers between outlets, with Vantage business intelligence and an AI assistant, Ask Vantage.
- Other modules: waiter app, QR ordering and scan-to-pay, CRM and loyalty, self-order kiosk, customer display, promotion engine and a Mall Adapter for mall sales reporting.

Delivery and cloud kitchens
Delivery is Sapaad’s clearest strength. It combines four tools: a branded, commission-free ordering website; a connector that pulls third-party delivery orders into the POS and kitchen display, with menu sync; a delivery manager that tracks preparation, pickup and delivery times and sends SMS updates; and a rider app for restaurants that run their own fleet. Its cloud kitchen page says one POS can run several virtual brands, each with its own ordering site. If you run a delivery-only kitchen with several brands and your own riders, Sapaad has built more of that workflow in one place. Sapaad versus Eats365 compares it with another cloud restaurant POS.
One point to check: Sapaad’s delivery-integration FAQ says supported platforms vary by country and plan, and asks you to share your location so its team can confirm. Ask Sapaad which platforms are live for Singapore outlets on the plan you are quoted.
ChaChaCha covers delivery differently. It integrates with GrabFood, takes orders through its own online ordering page and mobile app, and uses Lalamove to deliver your own online orders rather than a built-in rider fleet. See our delivery integration page and our guide to the best cloud kitchen POS. For multi-brand virtual kitchens with ChaChaCha, ask us to confirm how your brands would be set up.
Kitchen display and printing
Both systems have a capable kitchen display. Sapaad’s KDS separates prep screens by station from an expedite screen at the pass, lets cooks bump individual items, colour-codes waiting times and tracks prep times for managers. ChaChaCha’s KDS routes by station, lets the kitchen prioritise orders and shows prep timers, and Epson cloud printing can send tickets to several printers at once. ChaChaCha prints kitchen tickets in English or Chinese, which helps mixed-language teams. If you want a dedicated expediter screen, ask both vendors to show that step in the demo.
Multi-outlet control and reporting
Sapaad is built for groups: central reporting across outlets and brands, menu replication, stock transfers, role-based access and a business intelligence layer with an AI assistant. Its Mall Adapter automates mall sales reporting, which matters for outlets in Singapore malls. ChaChaCha offers reports and ERP for head office, with recipe-level stock deduction and recipe costing per menu item. For purchase orders, transfers or mall GTO reporting with ChaChaCha, ask us to confirm for your set-up. Our guide to the best multi-outlet POS covers what to test.
Payments, offline mode and hardware
Sapaad’s payment gateway page says it connects to regional and global gateways for cards and wallets, mainly for online and QR payments, and that availability depends on your country; the gateways used in Singapore are not named on the pages we reviewed. ChaChaCha accepts PayNow, PayLah!, NETS, Visa, Mastercard and GrabPay through DBS, UOB and 2C2P, with split payments and automated reconciliation, and AppsPOS is a NETS Certified Vendor. Both keep taking orders offline and sync later; Sapaad notes that staff must be assigned to a single location for offline orders to sync correctly. Sapaad works with standard terminals and printers, while ChaChaCha’s hardware is supplied by AppsPOS as part of the package.
Grants and support
Grants changed on 30 September 2026. Enterprise Singapore’s EDGE Grant page says PSG, EDG and MRA cease on 29 September 2026 and new applications go under the EDGE Grant, with support of up to 70% for SMEs and levels that differ by activity. AppsPOS has been a PSG pre-approved vendor and is approved under the EDGE Grant. Our POS grant guide and EDGE Grant guide explain how to apply. Check eligibility before you sign or pay, because grants cannot usually be claimed after purchase.
Sapaad’s pages we reviewed do not state grant status in Singapore, so ask Sapaad directly. Sapaad lists email support, live assistance, a knowledge base and training videos. For ChaChaCha support hours and service levels, ask us to put them in your quote.
